About Us



Eureka offers turn-key call centre solutions with outbound call centre operations as our main business activities. Since 2009, Eureka has been working with special education schools, Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) etc., to provide work attachment opportunities and on-the-job training for the PWDs. We are also one of the two Centres for Training and Integration (CTI) in Singapore that train and place Visually Impaired contact centre agents with partnering employers in the call centre industry. 

Eureka CCS is an award-winning contact service provider and is proud to be Singapore's first contact centre that allow visually impaired person to make calls. With our advanced software and SIP Trunking server set up, we are able to provide any number of seats for your call centre. Our system also comes with logging, monitoring and reporting tool – that creates a holistic package for your calling requirements.
